2001-2003). 1) Development of innovative computer vision and image processing techniques to estimate position and heading of interest objects, obtain automatic thermographies and achieve the fusion of infrared and visual infomation. 2) Development of telerobotic techniques that simplify helicopter teleoperation to perform the above-mentioned inspection tasks, including autonomous hovering.
