Events

At project level, several reviews will be organized. Their purpose is to provide the EC and the Consortium with coherent information on the status of the project and to get obtain an agreement af the parties and an agreement on the following project activities. Each design review held, will represent the completion of a stage in the overall development and production process and will act as a decision milestone before proceeding to the next phase location:

  • Kick Off: This review initializes the project. Its objective is to give to each member of the consortium and the EC, a common status of all the pertinent hypotheses concerning the project : technical, contractual, relative to schedule and cost.
  • Annual Reviews (AR) The objective of the ARs is to formally review and to establish confidence in the development status of the project. The completion of the ARs permits the production of the tool. In particular, testing of development mock-up will have been completed. This review will address :
    • the compliance of the detailed design with the design and test specifications through design analyzes and test results
    • and the completeness of test plans
  • Final Review (FR) The objective of the FR is to formally review and to establish confidence in the final design of the product.
