joint venture of two important environmental events; the Technology
Transfer Conference and the Ontario Conference on the Environment,

1994 to 1999, the Province of Ontario's Ministry of the Environment,
in conjunction with sponsors, partners and associations, was
the primary organizer and financing body for EECO. |

to assure safety in design, construction, testing, operation,
maintenance, and emergency response of pipeline facilities. |
